(Stargard, Poland) saved 13 shots on the day.
After this weekends contests head coach Cale Wassermann stated,
"It has been a tough 2 weeks for us, we have not had the ability to
play with the same style that we had success with earlier in the
season due to some key injuries and guys missing games. It has been
tough and a disappointing stretch, we will continue to bring in
quality players and develop the ones we have in order to make our
team deeper so we will not find ourselves in this situation next
year. We have 1 home game left next saturday and want to finish the
season strong".
With the tie the Cardinals move to 8-6-3 overall on the season,
and 4-5-3 in the GLIAC, while Findlay moves to 2-9-3 overall on the
season, and 1-7-2 in the GLIAC. Saginaw Valley will be back
in action on Saturday (Oct. 30) when they return home to face
Urbana for their final regulation season home game. Game time
is scheduled for 3:30 pm.
