Biography

2016: Contributed in all 32 matches for Saginaw Valley... 2016 All-GLIAC Honorable Mention Team... Led the team with 4.81 digs per set (577 total digs); second in digs per set and fourth overall in most digs in the GLIAC... Compiled a season high 35 digs against Ohio Domincan on Oct. 7, 2016... Totaled 17 service aces (.14 per set)... Accounted for 91 assists... Talled 20 points on the season. 

2015: Played in all 31 matches for the Cardinals in the Libero position...marked 333 digs, 2.82 digs per set, fourth most on the team...posted 54 assists and 34.0 points...led the team in service aces with 32.

2014: Played in 18 matches for Saginaw Valley in the Libero position...racked up 106 digs, 2.04 digs per set, the sixth most on the team...tacked in eleven assists, four service aces and two kills her freshman campaign.

2013: Redshirted.

Prior to SVSU/Personal:  Prepped at L'Anse Creuse North High School under Coach Gary Malburg...played on the Dynasty Volleyball Club as team captain under Coach Paul Drdul...was a four-year varsity starter at the libero position, leading her team to a pair of conference championships...three-time All-Region selection, as well as the 2012 Macomb Area Conference MVP...the two-time AAU State Champion also lettered in basketball and tennis...holds seven school volleyball records...member of the National Honor Society and Student Council...graduated with a 3.7 GPA and was very active in her church's youth group...majoring in Elementary Education...daughter of Harry and Debbie Nieman...born 3/31/95.
