2014: Competed in 16 games and started in 14 for Saginaw Valley at the forward position...earned Second Team All-GLIAC honors...was third on the team in goals (6) and assists (6)...tied for fourth in assists and eighth for goals in the GLIAC...went 3-for-3 in penalty kicks...posted 40 shots, 20 shots on goal, one game-winning goal and a shooting percentage of .150 during his junior campaign.

2013: Participated in 20 games for the Cardinals and started 17 at the forward position...was second on the team in both goals (8) and points (19), which ranked second and third in the GLIAC respectively...was ninth in the conference with 45 shots and tenth in the conference with 19 shots on goal for the year...went 1-for-1 on penalty kicks to finish second in the GLIAC...posted three assists and netted the game-winning goal against Northwood (Oct. 30) during his sophomore campaign.

2012: Did not see action in 2012.

2011: Played in 19 games for the Cardinals, starting in 12 of them...recorded six goals on the season with five assists while tallying 32 shots for Saginaw Valley...was named to the second team All-GLIAC.

Prior to SVSU/Personal: Prepped at Troy Athens High School...earned varsity letters in basketball and soccer...was leading scorer of his varsity soccer team his junior and senior seasons...named team captain his junior and senior seasons of soccer...earned first team all-district and second team all-region his junior soccer season...named first team all-county, first team all-district, and first team all-region his senior soccer season...member of the honor roll his junior and senior years...majoring in education...son of John and Kathy Channell...born 5/20/93.
