Biography

2010:  Pitched in six games for SVSU, starting one...posted a 6.61 ERA with a 2-1 overall record on the mound...finished with 16.1 innings pitched while striking out 22 batters...tied for second on the team with a pitching win-loss percentage of .667.

2009:  Appeared in 13 games for the Cardinals, starting two of them, with one complete game...posted a 3-3 record, including a 6.75 ERA, while striking-out 25 batters in 30.2 innings of work.

2008:  Posted a 2-0 record in nine appearances for SVSU, including one game started...had a 5.93 ERA for the year...posted two saves and struck-out 10 batters in only 13.2 innings.

Prior To SVSU/Personal:  Prepped at St. Louis High School in St. Louis, Mich...was a three time All-State selection (2005-07)...selected All-Conference all four years on varsity...also a member of St. Louis's State Champion Cross Country team in 2006...majoring in Secondary Education (Math)...son of Mike and Deb Horman...born 9-11-88.
