2012: Pitched in 14 games for the Cardinals, tied for a team high and made one start...finished the season with a 2-2 record allowing just five earned runs in 24.1 innings of action...totaled a 1.85 earned run average and did not give up a run in his last 9.1 innings of the season...struck out 22 batters while walking 14.

2011: Appeared in two games for Saginaw Valley…gave up one hit and had one strikeout.

Prior To SVSU/Personal:  Transfer from Saint Peter's College in New Jersey...prepped at Saginaw Arthur Hill High School...member of the Honor Roll all four years...majoring in Criminal Justice...son of Larry and Dana Schaaf...born 6-18-91.
