2014: Started in 45 games for the Cardinals...recorded 42 hits with seven doubles and 12 walks during his sophomore year...scored 24 runs and had 17 runs batted in...had an average of .268 with a .326 on-base percentage and a .312 slugging percentage...tallied 84 putouts with 118 assists and a .944 fielding percentage while playing second base...went 3-for-5 with two runs, one double, and one run batted in against Tampa (Feb. 28)...named to the GLIAC All-Academic team.

2013: Competed in all 40 games for the Cardinals and started 38...ranked second on the team with a .325 batting average and third with 24 runs scored...recorded 40 hits with six doubles, one home run and seven walks during his freshman campaign...tallied 60 putouts with 100 assists and a .958 fielding percentage while playing second base...tied a season-high with a three-hit game and belted his only home run in a win at Northwood (May 3)...named to GLIAC All-Conference Honorable Mention team as an infielder.

Prior to SVSU/Personal: Prepped at Eisenhower High School...was named all-district and won Spark Plug Award his junior year in baseball and was selected to All-Dream Team and qualified for States in tennis...senior year was nominated to DI All-State and all-region first team, Mac Red first team and chosen to play in East-West All-Star game in baseball...elected to GLIAC Academic All-Conference team...majoring in exercise science...son of Dan and Fran Eschenburg.
