UNIVERSITY CENTER -- SVSU Men's Basketball head coach
Randy Baruth has announced the signing of Martone Cole to the program. Cole, a 6-3 guard from Auburn Hills, Michigan and Avondale High School, will join the Cardinals for the upcoming 2018-19 season.
Cole hauled-in the honors in his senior season, earning all-league honors as a unanimous selection. He was named to the Class A All-State Honorable Mention Team and the All-North Honorable Mention Team. Cole led the team in points, rebounds and blocks. He helped lead the team to the district title in his freshman season as well and was a member of the Avondale All-Academic Team his senior season.
