UNIVERSITY CENTER — Due to the inclement weather forecasted, the Saginaw Valley State and Tiffin GLIAC opener series this weekend has been shifted.

Instead of a four game series beginning Friday night, the series will now begin on Thursday with a single nine inning game at 3 p.m.

On Friday, the teams will play a doubleheader beginning at 1 p.m. instead of 4 p.m.

Saturday will be a single nine inning game at noon to finish out the four game series.

Because of the series shift, the Cardinals will now leave Wednesday evening to head to Tiffin, Ohio, and the home opener against Concordia Ann Arbor is canceled. They do not have a date to reschedule at this time.
