- The SVSU volleyball team travels to Ferris State and Grand Valley this weekend to face their first GLIAC opponents of the season.  The Cardinals are coming off the Ferris State Invitational last weekend in which they defeated all four opponents. Both Saginaw Valley and Ferris have an undeafeted 8-0 record. Grand Valley has an even record of 4-4 in non-conference play this season.
