Saginaw Valley State University

Tara Sipperley, a native of Newaygo, MI, enters her firstyear at SVSU. She will be working primarily with outfield andoffense. 

Previously, Sipperley assisted at Calvin College for twoseasons. She helped hone a young team to a winning season for thefirst time since 2005. 

Sipperley played for two season at Muskegon CommunityCollege under National Championship coach, Matthew Houseman. Sheplayed outfield and led the team with a dominating bat. Sipperleymoved on to finish her career in 2011 at Trine University.Sipperley was player of the week and was a back to back first teamAll-MIAA. While with the Thunder, Sipperley won two MIAAtournaments earning two regional bids.

Sipperley then moved back home after her 2011 season to continue her degree inExercise Science at GrandValley StateUniversity.
