Saginaw Valley State University

Courtney Pintek joined the Saginaw Valley State Universitysoftball staff as a volunteer coach in August 2010. Her primaryresponsibilities will be working with both pitchers andcatchers.

Pintek was a member of the softball team at SVSU from 2001-04where she wrote herself into the record books in 11 differentpitching categories. She made 80 appearances with 56 starts in thecircle for a 36-26 career record in a Cardinal uniform. Pintekrecorded 430.1 innings in the circle and 48 complete games with 256strikeouts and two saves in her career.

After graduating from Saginaw Valley with a Bachelor of Arts inEnglish Education in 2009 Pintek went on to long term substitute inthe Westwood Heights School District, and the Owosso Schools. Shehas also had coaching experience at Westwood Heights SchoolDistrict, and Owosso Public Schools. Pintek has been a privatepitching instructor at Fast Pitch Softball since 2000.
