Chris Jerry joined the staff in the Spring of 2026 as the cornerbacks coach. 

Jerry was an assistant coach at LaGrange College for the past two seasons, coaching the defensive backs for the Panthers.

Before that stop, he was a graduate assistant coach at New Mexico Highlands University where he worked with the wide receivers and cornerbacks for two seasons.

As a player, Jerry was an ESPN HBCU National Champion in 2021 and a BCSN HBCU National Champion in 2019 as a member of the Florida A&M Rattlers Football team.
