UNIVERSITY CENTER, Mich. - The Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference women's quarterfinal contest between the No. 3 seed Saginaw Valley State Univeristy and No. 6 seeded Ohio Dominican University has been postponed and moved to Wednesday (Oct. 31) due to inclement weather conditions.
The match will now be played on Wednesday (Oct. 31) at the SVSU Soccer Complex starting at 2:00 PM.
SVSU (9-3-4, 8-2-3 GLIAC) defeated Ohio Dominican (10-5-3, 6-4-3 GLIAC) in the only meeting between the two schools earlier this season by a 1-0 tally. The winner of the contest between the Cardinals and Panthers will advance to the four-team semifinal round of the tournament that will be hosted by the highest remaining seed after the conclusion of the four quarterfinal matches that are being held on campus around the GLIAC today and tomorrow.
