Prior to SVSU/Personal: Prepped at Breckenridge High School under coaches Royce Humm and Grant Woodman...earned varsity letters in track and field and cross country...in track and field, junior and senior year earned All-State honors...in cross country, named All-State during her freshman and sophomore campaigns...was academic All-State and member of the honor roll...majoring in exercise science...daughter of Phil and Jamie Long...born 9/25/96.
