Three Saginaw Valley State University women's lacrosse players were named to the 2026 Academic All-District® At-Large team when the national office announced the selections on Tuesday afternoon. Sophomores Annelle Dykema (Grand Rapids, Mich. / Grand Rapids Christian HS), Maggie Falor (St. Johns, Mich. / St. Johns HS), and Dorrie June (Indianapolis, Ind. / Southport HS) made their debuts on the list.
Dykema appeared in 13 games with 12 starts in her second season on the team. She totaled 27 ground balls, two draw controls, and eight caused turnovers. The Grand Rapids, Michigan native, had five games with three or more ground balls including a season-best six against Davenport on March 24.
Falor appeared in 14 games and made nine starts in her sophomore season for the Cardinals. She tallied her first career point with an assist in game three versus Findlay on February 21 inside Braddock Field, and her first career goal came three games later at Dominican in California on March 6. The midfielder from St. Johns, Michigan, completed the season with two points, six ground balls, three draw controls, one caused turnover, and one shot on frame.
June started every game for SVSU in 2026. She finished third on the team in ground balls with 28 while adding seven caused turnovers to her stat line along with having multiple ground balls in eight contests that included matching her career-best of five against McKendree on March 28. The Indianapolis, Indiana defender matched her high of two caused turnovers twice, doing it the first time at Northern Michigan (March 20) and then against McKendree (March 28).
