UNIVERSITY CENTER, Mich. – The Saginaw Valley State University women's lacrosse team fell 22-1 against McKendree in the final non-conference game of the regular season.

SVSU broke through in the third quarter when Gabby Parker (Fort Lauderdale, Fla. / West Broward HS) scored on a man-up situation after receiving a pass from Ally Schneider with 2:20 remaining in the period.

Schneider led the Cardinals (1-9) with three shots on target and five draw controls. She added two ground balls to her stat line along with her assist. Parker registered two shots on goal, scoring one, and caused one turnover in the contest. Mya Nemecek (Brighton, Mich. / Brighton HS) and Dorrie June (Indianapolis, Ind. / Southport HS) led with five ground balls apiece. Mikaila Stone (Murrieta, Calif. / Murietta HS) (L, 1-8) made 16 saves in net for SVSU, her fifth-straight game with double-digit saves.
