2025

Conley appeared in 14 games and made six starts in the circle for the Cardinals. She accumulated a 2-2 record with 30.2 innings pitched, 18 strikeouts, and an ERA of 4.34. She recorded her first career win in the 7-6 win at Gergia College on February 21. She earned her first start in the third game of the season at North Georgia on February 22. She set a career-high of six strikeouts in the 4-3 win over Davis & Elkins on March 5.

2024

She played in four games as a freshman and totaled 5.1 innings pitched with two strikeouts. She made her collegiate debut in game two at Lincoln Memorial on February 23. She tallied her first career strikeout in the 10-7 win over Clarion on February 24.

High School

Conley was a two-sport athlete at Gladwin High School, participating in softball and volleyball. She was a four-time conference champion between her two sports with 2021 and 2022 titles in volleyball and 2022, 2023 in softball. She was a three-time all-conference and all-region honoree in 2021, 2022, and 2023, along with team captain. She was a team captain in volleyball for her two years, along with being selected to the second-team all-conference in 2021 and 2022.
