2009-10: Indoor: placed first in the 3,000-meter run and third in the mile timing in at 8:49.14 and 4:18.17, a season personal best, at the GVSU Early Bird Invitational...participated in the 800-meter run twice during the season and clocked in at 2:01.17 and 2:06.05, respectively...placed first in the 3,000-meter run at the SVSU Doug Hanson Open clocking in at 8:41.64...ran the mile at the Division II Team Challenge and crossed the line at 4:20.03 while also placing second in the 5,000-meter run timing in at 14:58.78...earned a third place finish in the 3,000-meter run at the GVSU Bob Eubanks Open with a season best of 8:28.73...recorded two top three finishes at the Indoor GLIAC Championships, one in the 3,000-meter run placing third with a time of 8:33.50, and the other in the 5,000-meter run clocking in with a national provisional qualifying time of 14:40.46.  Outdoor: ran a time of 4:08.11 in the 1,500-meter run at the MSU Spartan Invitational...placed fifth in the 5,000-meter run at the Stan Lyons Invitational clocking in at 15:17.34...earned a third and second place finish at the Outdoor GLIAC Championships, third in the 5,000-meter run timing in with a season best of 14:55.16, and second in the 10,000-meter run finishing with a national provisional qualifying time of 30:35.76.

2008-09: Placed first in the 5,000-meter run with a NCAA Division II National provisional qualifying time of 14:34.85 and second in the 3,000-meter run with a final time of 8:34.84 at the GLIAC Indoor Championship…also placed first in the 5,000-meter run at the Division II Team Challenge… earned a first place finish in the 10,000-meter run at the GLIAC Outdoor Championship with a time of 31:13.08 and in the 3,000-meter run at SVSU’s Collegiate Open…took second place in the 5,000-meter run at MSU’s Spartan Invitational and GVSU’s Bob Eubanks Open…finished third at the GLIAC Outdoor Championship in the 5,000-meter run with a time of 14:54.64 and fourth at SVSU’s Holiday Classic.

2007-08: Redshirted indoor season...finished ninth in the GLIAC at the cross country championships with a time of 25:14 and finished 18th at regionals with a time of 32:47...voted MVP at the Cardinals Award Banquet.

2006-07: Placed sixth in the 3,000-meter run at the Cardinal Indoor Open in a time of 8:59.48... finished fourth in the mile at the SVSU Indoor Collegiate Open (4:30.23)... took fourth in the 5,000-meter run at the DII Team Challenge with a time of 15:24.27... ran 4:29.70 in the mile at the Jack Skoog Open... placed third in the 1,500-meter at the Northwood Open (4:05.65.)... finished fourth in the 10,000-meter run at the Outdoor GLIAC Championships (31:50.61).
