AXTELL, Neb. -- The SVSU Men's Golf team heads into NCAA Division II postseason play on Monday (May 8) for the Super Regionals. This year's tournament is slated to be played at Awarii Dunes Golf Course in Axtell, Nebraska. The three-day event will run through May 10.

The tournament features the top-10 regionally ranked teams from both the Central and Midwest regions. Saginaw Valley enters at the No. 6 seed from the Midwest. The top four teams from the 20-team tournament, which also features the top four individuals from a non-advancing team, will advance to the National Championships at the Reunion Resort May 23-26 in Kissimmee, Florida.

Saginaw Valley will be teeing-off at 1:05 p.m. on Monday off the 10th hole and at 8:35 a.m. on Tuesday off the first tee. The course will feature a par 72, 7,001-yard layout. The tournament is being played in the Central time zone. Wednesday tee-times and pairings will be based on standings through the first two days.

The Cardinals had eight top-five finishes and finished outside of the top-10 just once in 10 total events.
