FLORENCE, Ky. - The Saginaw Valley State University men's golf team hosted the first round of the SVSU Spring Invitational at the Boone Links Golf Course. The Cardinals sit in seventh place, 15 strokes behind leader GVSU in the event.
Micah Skidmore, Adam Hansen and Carter Marsh all shot 78's in the opening round for the Cards.
The men will be in action Sunday (Mar. 23) for the second and final round of the invite. The teams will play a shotgun start starting at 11:00 am.
