Biography
2008-09: Took first place in the high jump with a height of 1.98 meters and in the pole vault competition with a height of 4.27 meters and was a member of the fifth place 4x400-meter relay team at SVSU’s Collegiate Open…finished first place in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:27.64 and second in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 8.67 seconds at the Collegiate Open Indoor Classic...competed in the heptathlon competition at the GLIAC Indoor meet where he took first place with a score of 5,111…placed second in the hepathlon at the GVSU Invitational and took first place at SVSU’s Holiday Classic in the indoor pentathlon with a score of 3,131.
2007-08: Placed forth Outdoor GLIAC in thedecathlon with a score of 6,544...placed sixth in the 110-meterhurdles with a time of 15.63...placed forth in the javelin throwwith a distance of 172' 5"...placed fifth in 4x100 relay and seventhin the 4x400 relay...competed in the decathlon at the NCAA DIINational Championships in California...placed 11th with a finalpoint total of 6,086...Placed second in the Hillsdale College GINARelays with 6,544 points...placed sixth in the Jack Skoog Open inthe pole vault with a height of 14' 7.25"... came in third in the 60-meter hurdles at SVSU Indoor Collegiate Open (8.57) also came infourth in the pole vault (14' 5.25")as well as in third in the highjump (6' 4"), came in first in the pole vault (14' 6"), placedsecond in the javelin (153' 8") and second in the decathlon with6,544 points.
2006-07: Placed first in the pole vault at theIndoor Collegiate Open with a height of 15' 3"... took fifth placeat the EMU Classic... placed second in pole vault at the IndoorGLIAC Championships (15' 1.5").
2005-06: Qualified for USATF Outdoor JuniorTrack and Field Championships in the Decathlon... took second inthe Decathlon at GLIAC Outdoor Championships with 6,146 points...placed fourth in the 110-meter hurdles at the Northwood Open... wonthe pole vault at the SVSU Outdoor Collegiate Open.
Prior to SVSU/Personal: Prepped at Yale HighSchool... lettered in track, cross country, and basketball in highschool... named First Team All Conference in cross country andtrack during his senior year... majoring in Nursing... son of Roband Del McDaniel... born 06-19-87.
