2012-13: Cross Country: ran a season-best 8k in 26:22.91 at the GLIAC Conference Championships. Indoor: turned in his best time of the season in the 3,000m run and finished third with a time of 9:05.12 and helped the 4x400m relay team clock a 3:50.77 at the SVSU Indoor Classic. Outdoor: crossed the line with a season-best 4:36.66 in the 1,500m run at the Northwood Open...named to the GLIAC All-Academic team.

2011-12: Indoor: set a season best in the 3,000m run crossing the line at 8:54.55 at the SVSU - GVSU Dual...member of the 4x400m relay that clocked in at 3:54.84 and ran the 5,000m at a season best time of 15:47.70 at the SVSU Doug Hansen Open. Outdoor: crossed the line at a season best time of 4:20.40 in the 1,500m at the MSU Spartan Invitational...selected to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence team.

2010-11: Redshirted during 2010-11 season.

Prior to SVSU/Personal: Prepped at Freeland High School…earned letters in wrestling, cross country and track in high school…qualified for states three times in cross country…named All-State in track…holds school record for the two mile relay…had a 3.8 GPA and was a member of honor roll all four years of high school…majoring in physical education...son of William and Kathy Henderson…born 1/3/92.
