Biography
2013-14: Indoor: ran a personal-best 400m at the GVSU Big Meet Invite, finishing in 49.49 to take 13th place....helped lead his team to a 6th place finish in the 4X4 Relay and 7th place in the Distance Medley Relay at the GLIAC Indoor Championships. Outdoor: recorded his season-best in the 400m at the Cal State LA Twilight Open where he placed 15th with a time of 51.18...set a season-best 400m Hurdle time of 55.10 at the GLIAC Outdoor Championships.
