Biography
2008-09: Took first place in the distancemedley at the Indoor GLIAC Championships with a final time of10:06.23, breaking the previous Ryder Arena Record, and tookseventh in the mile with a time of 4:20.97…also took firstin the 5,000-meter run at SVSU’s Collegiate Open with a timeof 15:18.77…finished fourth place in the mile atGVSU’s Big Meet and fifth at the GVSU Invitational in the3,000-meter run and at the Collegiate Open Classic in themile…took third place in the 5,000-meter run with a time of15:16.01 and eleventh place in the 4x400-meter relay at the SVSUHoliday Classic.
2007-08: Placed seventh in the steeplechasewith a time of 9:41 in the GLIAC Outdoor Championships.
2006-07: Redshirted outdoor season... placedfifth in the 1,600-meter run at the Cardinal Indoor Open with atime 4:29.79... took third in the mile at the SVSU IndoorCollegiate in a time of 4:28.43... finished 11th in the 1,600 atthe Jack Skoog Open (4:29.70).
