2012: Competed in six games for Saginaw Valley and started four...was member of offensive line that finished first in the conference in passing yards per game (300.4), second in the conference in sacks allowed (8) and third in the conference in both first downs a game (23.8) and passing TDs (28)...part of offensive unit that averaged 463.3 total yards per game to finish fourth in the GLIAC.

2011: Saw action in two games for Saginaw Valley.

2010: Did not see action in 2010.

Prior to SVSU/Personal: Prepped at Dakota High School...named Most Improved Player and voted team captain...received the Kyle Cook Award for “Offensive Lineman of the Year”...helped lead his team to a MAC Championship and a district championship...was a member of the honor roll...majoring in education...son of Michael and Rebecca Wiitanen...born 3/6/92.
