2012: Competed in four games for the Cardinals...recorded three total tackles, all solo, during his freshman campaign...tallied a season-best two total tackles in a home opener win against Valdosta St. (Sep. 1).

2011: Did not see action in 2011.

Prior to SVSU/Personal: Prepped at West Bloomfield High School...named first team Oakland County and MVP in the East-West All-Star Game his senior year...majoring in exercise science...son of Steve and Pamela Hurst...born 5/1/91.
