Appeared in three games at receiver for the Cardinals. He had six catches for 94 yards and a touchdown. He made his collegiate debut in the season-opening game at Winona State on Sept. 5, where he caught his first pass for SVSU. He hauled in the first touchdown reception of his career at Northwood the following week with a 37-yard catch, a career-best, that put the Cardinals ahead 7-0 in the first quarter. His best performance of the season occurred in week three against Truman, where he caught three passes for 42 yards in the win over the Bulldogs, tying his career-high in receiving yards.
