He registered his first career tackle, assisted, along with his first career pass breakup in the week one victory. He registered his first career solo tackle at UIndy on Sept. 28. Compiled two or more tackles three times (at Winona State, vs. Grand Valley State, at Wayne State), setting a career-best three tackles in the game against the Warriors. He finished the season with 11 tackles, four solo, and three pass breakups.
