Jared Chasey joined SVSU in August of 2025 after seven years at Sonoma State University, where he served as the Deputy Director of Intercollegiate Athletics and Senior Compliance Administrator. He represented Sonoma State University on various conference, regional, and national committees. He is a member of the National Association of Athletics Compliance (NAAC), where he has served as a Board Member since July 2023 and as chair of the Division II Reasonable Standards Committee. He has been a member of the CCAA Executive Council since April 2018 on the Administration Subcommittee, as well as the CCAA Strategic Planning Committee (beginning in August 2023), and he served on the NCAA Men's Golf Regional Advisory Committee (RAC), West Region, from August 2021 to May 2024.
