GLIAC — Tom Goforth was named the conferences Men's Runner of the Week after his stellar performance at the Lewis Conference Crossover. 

Goforth finished in the top slot for the Cardinals in the Lewis Conference Crossover with a time of 24:44.0, his new career record for the 8k race. He placed fourth overall. 

The Cardinals will remain on the road to race in the Jayhawk Invitational on Friday, Oct. 12, in Muskegon, Mich.
