LINCOLN, Neb. - Saginaw Valley State University sophomore bowling standout Aaron Lorincz (Belleville, Mich./Plymouth Christian HS) was named to the National Collegiate Bowling Coaches Association All-American First Team.  Lorincz becomes the first SVSU bowler to garner All-American honors since the 2008-09 season when Dan MacLelland received the recognition.

Lorincz, a sophomore transfer from Schoolcraft College, led the Cardinals with a 214 average this past season.  He was named tournament MVP at the American Heartland #2 in November and the Blue and Gold Classic in January as he claimed first place honors at both tournaments.  He also made the all-tournament team five times this season, placing in the top-5 of those tournaments.

Lorincz and a young and talented group of Cardinals will return to the lanes in October of 2012 as they begin their pursuit of returning to the USBC Bowling Championships in spring of 2013.
