UNIVERSITY CENTER, Mich. - The Saginaw Valley State University women's tennis team will begin their 2012 GLIAC Tennis Tournament tonight (Oct. 26) in Midland.

The Cardinals are the No. 7 seed and will face the No. 2 seeded Wayne State in the first round at 6:45 PM at the Midland Community Tennis Center.

SVSU finished the conference schedule with a record of 8-6.

First Round – Friday, Oct. 22– 6:45 p.m.

Order of Play: 1, 2, 3, 5, 4, 6 

Match 1:  #1 Northwood vs. #8 Ohio Dominican

Match 2:  #4 Ashland vs. #5 Ferris State

Match 3:  #2 Wayne State vs. #7 Saginaw Valley State

Match 4:  #3 Grand Valley State vs. #6 Hillsdale
