ORLANDO, Fla. - The Saginaw Valley State University women's tennis team rounded-out its Florida trip with a 6-3 loss to St. Cloud State. 

Yunjiao Shangguan (Chengdu, China/Shiyang HS) and Andrea Calhoun (Midland, Mich./Dow HS) teamed-up for an 8-6 victory at No. 1 doubles for the first Cardinal victory in the match.  Calhoun and Shangguan also posted victories at No. 1 and No. 2 singles, respectively.  Calhoun posted a 6-1, 6-3 victory while Shangguan won her match by a count of 6-3, 6-2.  The Cardinals also had three other players push matches to super tie-breakers in the contest.

The Cardinals are back in action on March 18th against Alma College.
