ROLLING TIME SCHEDULE - Girl's Meet ONLY

12:00 – Field Events

Shot Put – Div 1/2, 3 Flights followed by Div 3/4, 2 Flights Minimum Mark Line of 25ft.

Long Jump – Div 3/4, 2 Flights followed by Div 1/2, 2 Flights Minimum Mark Line of 14ft.

High Jump – Div 3/4 will jump on the track – Div 1/2 will jump inside of track, 4'2” Opening Height

Pole Vault – Combined Classes, 7'00” Opening Height

*After 3 attempts in the Shot Put, and Long Jump the top 8 will advance to finals.

1:30 – Running Events – Div 3/4 will run first…we will alternate yearly

800m Relay – 5 Heats

3200 Run – 1 Heat Spencer Petterson Invite

3200 Relay – 3 Heats

60m Hurdles – 7 Heats Trials – Top 8 times advance

60m Dash – 8 Heats Trials – Top 8 times advance

Distance Medley Relay (1200-400-800-1600) – 2 Heats

60m Hurdles – 2 Heats Finals

60m Dash – 2 Heats Finals

400m Dash – 10 Heats…NO BLOCKS ALLOWED

1600m Run – 3 Heats

1600m Relay – 4 Heats…NO BLOCKS ALLOWED
